Two of the area's top builders have joined together to develop Olde Town Suwanee.
Phil Waldron is a twenty-year veteran of the building and construction business in the greater Atlanta regional area. Mr. Waldron comes from a long line of builder-developers. His Great Grandfather began building and developing affordable housing in Rutherford County, Tennessee just after the close of World War II and this tradition has been passed down in the Waldron family from generation to generation.
Mr. Waldron spent many years constructing commercial properties as well as large apartment complexes as a project manager for a general contractor in the Atlanta area. In addition he has built numbers of upscale, single family custom homes. These years of experience and discipline are now being put to use in the overall development of Olde Town Suwanee.
Chuck Rigdon is a veteran custom builder with more than twenty years of experience in high end renovation projects and the building of custom homes. Mr. Ridgon is a native Atlantan and has deep roots in the metro Atlanta community with a large extended family that has been involved in the building and development business for three generations. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
Mr. Ridgon is known and respected for his attention to design and detail and has been described by many of his clients as the most personable Builder that they have ever known. This affable manner in which he conducts business combined with his extensive experience in custom building and renovations is what gives Mainstreet Builders, Inc. it's "soul". Mr. Rigdon and Mr. Waldron came together to form Mainstreet Builders, Inc. and have been close friends for more that 15 years. Each of the two men have had their own companies or worked as construction professionals in companies owned by others since the late 1970's.
Mr. Ridgon's business model and philosophy is to focus on "jewel box" type projects that showcase design, ambience, and quality.
