In the present market conditions, we are willing to purchase your existing house for up to 90% of its appraised value when you purchase a home in Olde Town Suwanee.*
Of course, first you have to want to live in a beautiful historic neighborhood reminiscent of days gone by and decide which of our custom designed plans, unique to Olde Town Suwanee, best suits your needs.
In the meantime, we will take a look at your existing house, estimate the current market value and make a preliminary proposal of what we will pay you for your home. Once we all agree to move forward, the proposal will become an offer to purchase.
